Use
flare
to send complete troubleshooting information to the Datadog
Support team with one command. An Agent Flare gathers all of the
Agent's configuration files and logs into an archive file. It
removes sensitive information including passwords, API keys, Proxy
credentials, and SNMP community strings. For more information on
sending a flare, see the
Agent Flare documentation page.
If you just installed the Agent, it may take a few moments before you start seeing metrics appear. Otherwise, checkout out our Agent Troubleshooting section for more information about permissions issues, site issues, containers issues, and other common problems and how you can use Debug mode to troubleshoot.
